  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that setup work may begin immediately
  • Setup fees cover time, labor, and system configuration and are considered fully earned once work starts

2. Subscription Payments

All subscription plans (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once processed
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
  • Access to services will continue through the end of the billing period

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • Your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle

4. Yearly Plans

Yearly plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for upfront payment.

  • Yearly payments are non-refundable once processed
  • No partial refunds or cancellations will result in prorated refunds

5. Add-On Services

Optional services such as SMS automation, AI phone agents, or other usage-based features may involve additional charges.

  • Add-on charges are non-refundable once billed or used
  • Usage-based services are billed based on activity and are not eligible for refunds

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services
  • We may provide this Refund Policy and Terms of Service as evidence to dispute the chargeback

7. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
